When Ethos Ventures approached us, they weren’t just looking for a run-of-the-mill office space. They wanted something that truly reflected their values and could bring their dispersed teams together. A New Hub for the Ethos Ventures Team. Challenge accepted.
THE BRIEF
Ethos Ventures, a Shariah-compliant firm at the forefront of financial services and tech solutions, needed a cohesive space in London. Their goal? A New Hub for the Ethos Ventures Team. A place that fosters collaboration, inclusivity, and really good coffee.
Ethos Ventures had some clear ideas for their space. Client-Friendly Spaces: Rather than a bar with alcohol; they requested a coffee and dessert lounge to entertain their clients. Inclusivity: Spaces that respect and accommodate diverse faiths. Functional Layout: From private meeting rooms to collaborative areas, everything had to flow seamlessly.
We dived straight in after our initial December chat, sketching up ideas faster than elves on Christmas Eve. By January, Ethos Ventures liked what they saw, and the green light was lit.
NEXT STEPS:
We worked closely with contractors and the team at Ethos. Weekly client and project team meetings kept us on track and meant the space was delivered promptly and professionally.
The 5th floor features a slick, client-focused suite with a coffee bar, designed to encourage genuine connection among the Ethos Venture’s UK team within their new hub.
The 4th floor features breakout zones, a games corner, and collaboration hubs—work and play in perfect harmony.

The new space ticked every box: a multi-faith haven, a smooth design process, and smiles all around. At Cleo, we’re proud to say we crafted more than an office—we built a new hub where the Ethos Ventures team can thrive, one cup of coffee at a time.
